How Blackstone raised their profile and their volume of business in the conservative world of law

Challenge

Blackstone Legal costing is one of the largest firms in Melbourne and Australia in the highly specialised field of legal cost consulting. They have an excellent reputation in assessing and preparing bills of legal accounts and wanted to increase their profile and volume of business with commercial law clients.

Solution

Blackstone were referred to Harvest and decided to trial an outsourced telephone contact and lead generation program. In addition a Harvest consultant also attended high level meetings with Blackstone’s Directors to add sales skills to their technical knowledge.

Result

Blackstone carefully tracked progress to assess cost of the program against results. Like many of Harvest’s clients they were “pleasantly surprised” at the success achieved even after 8 weeks. Blackstone are numbers people and they liked the way the program was easily measurable.
