Our Team

Harvest’s team of employees is a group of mature, experienced sales professionals who love what we do!  We do our best to select the team members to represent you and bring you the best results, by working to ensure there is an immediate cultural fit from their first contact with your prospective clients.

Unlike some others, we don’t wait until you come on board before we recruit someone to represent you.  We don’t have a team of transient travellers, who are only working for the weekend.  No contractors. No people working from home.

You’re too important to us to let anyone other than an experienced sales professional be the first contact point with your prospective clients. 

We support our team with ongoing coaching, formal and informal training and professional development programs, and our internal Team Structure provides you with 3 layers of direct support:

  • Business Development Consultants (BDC’s) do the hard pre-sales work for you week in week out. 
  • Team Leader manages the performance of our BDC’s through a series of internal reports, data and coaching sessions. 
  • Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is assigned to you once you become an ongoing client.  Their primary purpose is to manage our partnership with you.
